• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Sale, clearance, or promotional items

• Personal items like cosmetics, undergarments, etc.

To request a return:

3. Once approved, we’ll guide you on return shipping or pickup.

4. Refund Policy

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refunds are issued via the original payment method or store credit.

• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund (for size, color, etc.), we will do our best to accommodate based on product availability.
