🚚 Delivery Rules

At Angan, we aim to deliver your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently. Please read our delivery policy to understand how we handle shipping across Bangladesh.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver nationwide across Bangladesh through reliable courier partners.
Home delivery is available in both urban and rural areas.

2. Delivery Time

• Dhaka City: 2–3 business days

• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days

• Remote Areas: May take up to 7 days
  Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳80

• Outside Dhaka: ৳120
  Free delivery may apply during promotions or for orders above a certain amount.

4. Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, we will:

• Send a confirmation via SMS/email

• Notify you again when the product is shipped

• Provide a tracking number, if available

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available in most areas.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

6. Missed Delivery Attempts

If delivery is attempted but the customer is unavailable:

• Our courier will retry once

• If undelivered after two attempts, the order may be returned to Angan

7. Product Inspection

Please check your product at the time of delivery.
If it appears damaged or incorrect, notify the delivery person or contact us immediately.
